Questionswe'd ask

What happens if I run out of Punch Card hours?

We'll add hours when we have the capacity to, and so far we always have. No penalty, no renegotiation, no waiting for the next quarter. It isn't unlimited, though. A Punch Card is bench time we hold for you in blocks of 25, 50 or 100 hours a quarter, so adding to it depends on what else is in the studio that month. Flag it early and the answer is nearly always yes.

Can I change my Punch Card size between quarters?

Yes, you can move up or down every quarter with no penalty. Some quarters are a sprint, some are a stroll. We don't punish you for having a calm month, and we don't make you commit to a year to get a sensible rate.

Do unused Punch Card hours roll over?

Up to 5 hours roll over into the next quarter. We cap it there because we've reserved that capacity for you whether you use it or not, and an uncapped rollover would mean holding a bench for work that may never arrive. Use it or (mostly) lose it.

What if I already have my positioning figured out?

Then we skip it and you don't pay for it. Discovery validates what you already have rather than rebuilding it: if your GTM strategy is locked and the messaging holds up under questioning, we confirm that and move straight to design and build. We're not here to sell you things you don't need.

Why does Huck Finch build in Webflow?

Because it lets a marketing team ship changes without filing a ticket with engineering. A Webflow site is production-grade and owned by the people who actually update it: headlines, pages, campaigns, all without a developer in the loop. It's fast, it's clean, and it doesn't hold your content hostage.

Which engagement is right for us: Launch, Transform, or a retainer?

If you don't have a website yet, or the one you have is embarrassing, that's Launch, from $25,000 over 6 to 10 weeks. If you have a site but it's costing you more than it earns, that's Transform, from $50,000 over 10 to 16 weeks. If the big build is done and your current agency treats you like a ticket number, that's a retainer. Still unsure? Start a conversation and we'll tell you straight.

Can AI build our SaaS website instead of hiring an agency?

AI tools can produce a functional website, but they generate from patterns in sites that already exist, which means the output resembles your competitors by construction. We use AI throughout delivery for speed; process, positioning, information architecture and the design system are decided by people. A microwave can also make dinner. Neither one is going to make anyone stop scrolling. If "good enough" is the bar, godspeed, no hard feelings. But if you're the kind of person who read this far into an FAQ, you're probably not looking for good enough. When it comes to building a digital world where your brand can actually run free, and hit its revenue targets, well... we are. Let's talk.
